We build reconciliation and staffing tools for Korean telecom retail franchise operators, because we know the work firsthand.
Kim Sang-Yoon managed settlement reconciliation by hand across several franchise locations. Every morning it was the same process: pull the till records, download the SKT export, the KT file, the LG U+ spreadsheet, then match each activation line by line. When the numbers disagreed, finding the gap could take an hour. When they agreed, that hour was still spent to confirm it. At some point the right answer was to automate the comparison rather than repeat it.
Park Ji-Hoon joined to build the data pipeline that could read each carrier's format reliably. The three carriers structure the same underlying data differently: different column names, different date formats, different activation codes. Making the comparison automatic required handling each format precisely. Park built that layer in 2024, and it became the foundation the reconciliation logic sits on.
Jung Soo-Min worked with the earliest version of the product before there was a UI. Her feedback turned a technical prototype into something a store manager could actually use: fewer settings, a clearer morning report, a Saturday staffing model that accounted for carrier promotions. The product has been shaped by that ground-level input from the start.

Ran settlement reconciliation manually across a multi-store franchise portfolio and built the first version of Unsoft to replace that process. His background is in telecom retail operations, not software.
Park Ji-Hoon
Co-founder, CTO
Designed the carrier-format normalization pipeline that reads SKT, KT, and LG U+ settlement exports into a common schema. Prior work was in data pipeline engineering for Korean e-commerce and logistics operations.
Jung Soo-Min
Co-founder, Head of Product
Worked with the prototype before it had an interface and helped define the morning report format and staffing model the product is built around. Her focus is on what franchise operators actually need to see each day.
